What is The 1v1 Formula?

The 1v1 FORMULA  offers a collection of fast-moving games, and training sessions designed to challenge both attackers and defenders in equal measure, with continuous 1v1 situations to goal at pace.

This concept has been developed over many years by the former English Premier League player Steve Guppy, who originally created these games to benefit his own playing career before turning his attention to coaching, where he adapted each game to enhance the skill set of the modern-day player, both at the domestic and international level.
